I can’t tell you how much I absolutely love cooking with my crockpot especially during busy work weeks. Even though I work from home, it’s still really difficult to find the time and energy to cook good meals each evening.
Of all of the crockpot recipes I’ve tried, I do have quite a few that are my favorites. These are quick and easy recipes that I find myself going back to again and again.
Quick and Easy Crockpot Chili – This chili recipe makes a huge batch which is perfect for sharing or freezing for later. My husband loves how thick and rich the consistency is with this one.
Crockpot Broccoli Cheddar Soup – This is my absolute favorite soup recipe in the Fall and Winter seasons. It is so thick and creamy with the perfect amount of broccoli in it. Tastes so much like my favorite from Panera.
No Boil Crockpot Creamy Pasta – Who knew you could make pasta in the crockpot? Not me, until I tried this recipe! Takes literally minutes to throw together and the pasta comes out cooked perfectly.
Crockpot Lasagna – Another pasta recipe that is so much quicker and easier than the baked version. No need to boil the noodles, just assemble and walk away. I don’t think I’ll ever bake lasagna again!
Brown Sugar Bourbon Crockpot Chicken Breasts – This recipe is something I just threw together one day with a marinade packet I discovered in my pantry. It came out so good that I decided to share it and it has become one of my most popular recipes.
Easy, Cheesy Crockpot Ravioli – This one starts with a simple bag of frozen ravioli. Add a few other ingredients to the mix and you’ve got a delicious meal.
Crockpot Chicken Ranch Tacos – One of my favorite things to cook in the crockpot is chicken breasts that can be shredded for various uses. This one makes delicious seasoned shredded chicken that I made into tacos but could be used in so many other ways.
Crockpot Chicken and Gravy – This is my absolute favorite crockpot meal of all time! The chicken turns out so moist and tastes almost like a holiday turkey dinner. If you’re looking for some comfort food, this one is for you!
Crockpot Buffalo Chicken – This recipe is perfect for those lazy Sunday afternoons watching the football game. Throw the chicken in the crockpot early in the morning and have spicy buffalo chicken sammies by afternoon.
Crockpot Salsa Chicken – Creamy shredded chicken that can be eaten in many ways. We initially topped rice with this but later have used it in quesadillas and on top of nachos.
As you can see, we eat a lot of chicken, lol. Let me know if you try any of these delicious crockpot recipes and what you think of them. Enjoy!
