Say hello to another fabulous crockpot meal idea! Lately the crockpot has been making my life so much easier. It’s been cold and snowy here in Western PA for over a month now. And nothing feels better on those cold winter days than a warm, no fuss meal. This recipe calls for just a few simple store bought ingredients that you just need to add to the crockpot and walk away.
It takes me about 20 minutes to put this together during the weekend and then I can go back to hiding under my comfy throw and catching up on all of my highly important TV shows. Not really though. I’m addicted to all of the housewives of wherever! I should be ashamed but I’m really not! 🙂
Ingredients:
- jar of pasta sauce
- 14.5 oz can of RedPack diced tomatoes
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, cheese soup and garlic.
- Pour a third of the sauce mix in the bottom of the crockpot, add a third of the frozen ravioli. Sprinkle a third of the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Continue layering two more times.
- Cover with the lid and cook on high for around 3 - 4 hours or until bubbling around the edges.
