Fall is definitely one of my favorite seasons. I can’t seem to decide if I like fall or spring better though. They seem pretty equal to me but fall brings my favorite flavor and scent, pumpkin!
I love pretty much all things pumpkin; baked goods, decorations, candles, etc. In preparation for fall, I’ve saved a lot of pumpkin recipes over the past few months. But I thought it was pretty selfish of me just to keep them all to myself. 🙂
Here are 20 interesting pumpkin recipes that make my mouth water just looking at them:
Salted Caramel Pumpkin Blondies – Traditional blondie bars get a nice spin to them with the addition of pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice. A layer of caramel sauce is hidden in the middle of these moist bars too!
Soft Pumpkin Cookies – Soft pumpkin cookies are spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg with chopped pecans mixed in. These soft cookies are finished with a nice drizzle of homemade cinnamon cream cheese glaze.
Pumpkin Cheesecake – Rich and decadent cheesecake flavored with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and a splash of bourbon. A layer of sour cream mixed with sugar and more bourbon finishes the top.
Pumpkin Whoopie Pies – Two soft spiced pumpkin cookies glued together with a fluffy vanilla cream cheese filling. A little labor intensive but look well worth the extra time and effort!
Pumpkin Scones – The perfect breakfast treat for pumpkin fanatics! Spicy pumpkin scones finished off with a powder sugar glaze flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Yum!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies – An interesting twist on the traditional classic cookie. Soft and moist chocolate chip cookies flavored with a bit of ground cinnamon and some canned pumpkin.
Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls – I love a good gooey cinnamon roll and these sound even better! Why? Because they’ve got canned pumpkin in them of course! They’re finished off with a cream cheese frosting, yum!
Vanilla Pumpkin Cupcakes – This quick and easy recipe uses a vanilla cake mix as the base along with a box of instant pumpkin pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice. Cinnamon buttercream finishes them off.
