Do you like creamy, highly pigmented lipsticks? How about if that tube of lipstick only cost $2.99? I got your attention now don’t I!
The Wet n Wild Megashield SPF 15 Lip Color line just came out at the beginning of February. All of the colors looked extremely vibrant and for less than 3 bucks, I couldn’t not try one. I bought the shade Within These Adobe Walls.
The packaging is kinda cheaply made but what can you expect for that price point? The lipstick does not wind down into the plastic the whole way to be protected either so you have to be careful putting the cap back on. If you don’t, you may have quite a mess. Several other people had issues with the plastic seals, but I didn’t.
Within These Adobe Walls is a vibrant pink shade in a nice cream finish. No sparkle or shimmer at all. It’s thick and creamy and applies nice and smooth. It is highly pigmented and opaque also. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this Wet N Wild Megashield lip color.
For a bargain priced lip color, I really like it. Wet n Wild Megashield lipsticks are not waxy or greasy at all. They feel really nice and soft on my lips. They feel a lot like the Revlon Lip Butters but with way more color payoff. They are not drying at all and keep my lips feeling moist.
I also like the way they wear. This Megashield lipstick remained on my lips for a good 3 hours even while drinking my coffee. For only a few dollars, I think these Wet N Wild Megashield lip colors are worth a try. It’s hard to find a budget friendly lipstick that has great color payoff, wears nicely and looks good too but these fit the bill for me. Oh, and the SPF protection is a nice added bonus!
Will you be trying out the Wet N Wild Megashield lip colors?
