This barbecue sauce is now my absolute favorite by far. I could not believe the flavors in this bbq sauce. It is so delicious! A little spicy but so worth it in the end. I told my husband that the next time I make chicken wings, this is the bbq sauce I’m gonna use. If you like spicy and sweet all wrapped into one, this should be a must try for you.
Molasses Barbecued Chicken Breasts
from Plain Chicken
6 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoon molasses
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
1 – 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1. Combine all of the barbecue sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until bbq sauce thickens.
2. Grill chicken breasts, basting both sides a few time, until cooked through.
