Covergirl Outlast All-Day Soft Touch Concealer ($11.50) is a new dark circle and blemish concealer in a limited range of only four colors. I picked up the second lightest shade called Light.
The shade range of this Covergirl concealer leaves a lot to be desired. It stops at Medium so there are absolutely zero color options for deeper skin tones.
The packaging is a squeeze tube containing 0.34 oz. It has a fuzzy felt tip end where the product comes out of the middle.
The tip is pretty firm so I can’t get a good, even application with that alone. I find it easiest to dab the concealer under my eyes and then smooth it out with either a makeup sponge or my finger.
The consistency of this concealer is right in the middle. It not too thin and liquidy but it’s also not thick and cakey.
When using a damp beauty sponge, I find that it thins out the concealer to give me less coverage. I actually prefer to smooth this concealer out by tapping my finger.
Covergirl Outlast All-Day concealer does not give me full coverage anywhere close to a concealer like Tarte Shape Tape. It gives medium coverage but an added second layer over darker spots helps.
I do love the natural looking finish this concealer has. It doesn’t have an overly creamy formula that demands a setting powder nor is it dry and cracking.
I also love that it never settles into my fine lines even as the day goes on. It stays in place pretty much all day for me and remains looking fresh.
I think almost $12 for this Covergirl drugstore concealer is a bit much. However this is the best one I’ve tried in a long time so I highly recommend it. It looks really nice, doesn’t settle and lasts all day.
*There is a freckle underneath my swatch so you can clearly see the nice coverage it offers.

Hi Amanda, I’ve read a lot about Covergirl products, but never tried any of them. I really need something for my dark circles. What bothers me with this one is, is it too orange? Angel

Hi Angel. This shade is not on the orange side. It does have just a hint of peach to it which is good for concealing dark circles.
