I don’t know why I never thought of this before but Natalie’s Killer Cuisine gave me a great idea. Using chocolate milk to make creamy and delicious chocolate milk ice cream!
This chocolate ice cream turns out so good. It’s got a nice smooth chocolate flavor that reminds me a lot of a Wendy’s chocolate frosty. It couldn’t be any easier to make or taste any better in my opinion!
Chocolate Milk Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/2 cups chocolate milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup chilled heavy whipping cream
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl; whisk together the milk, sugar, cocoa and salt. Set aside.
- With your electric mixer, whip the heavy cream until it thickens like whipped cream.
- Fold the whipped heavy cream into the chocolate milk mixture until combine completely. Transfer mixture to your ice cream machine and churn until it thickens to your liking.
- Transfer to a freezer safe container and store in freezer until your ready to devour it!

Okay, I never thought of using chocolate milk to make chocolate ice cream either. Makes perfect sense and looks delicious.
