I don’t know about you but weeknight meals can be a drag. No time and never enough ingredients on hand when you need them. This is an easy, quick and filling meal idea and you only need at least 3 ingredients to make it happen.
I used cheese tortellini for my version but you could always make it extra meaty by using beef tortellini instead. I’m not a big fan of ground sausage myself but that’s always an option as well.
