This is by far the best cheese potato casserole I’ve ever made! They turned out so creamy, rich and cheesy. The addition of ham and French’s Caramelized Crispy Fried Onions just made it that much better.

Talk about a filling meal! If you’ve ever eaten gnocchi before then you know just what I mean. They’re like little lead balls that sit in your belly and send you into a carb coma.
I can’t imagine that there are many people who don’t like a creamy, cheesy mac and cheese. Most days I make it as a side dish because it goes with practically anything. But this time I decided to add both chicken and bacon to this recipe to make it a complete meal in one.
Nothing is quicker and easier on a busy weeknight than throwing a few ingredients into one pan and getting your simmer on. Less cleanup is always a good thing to me. Oh, and leftovers for the next day of course!
My absolute favorite meal out at a restaurant is chicken parmesan. I love the combination of tender breaded chicken breasts over a nice pile of pasta. I’ve done my own pan fried version at home before but this crockpot chicken parm recipe is a lot easier.
