Looking for a good quality, budget friendly foundation option with a nice range of shades? Look no further than the new Wet N Wild Photo Focus Foundation ($5.99)!
There is a whopping total of 20 different colors available to choose from. I’m typically an Ivory but with 4 different Ivory colors alone, I had a difficult time choosing one since they were each only a slight tint off from each other.
I decided on Soft Ivory because the other ones looked too pink for my skintone. Soft Ivory is still a bit on the light side for me but I’m able to warm it up a bit with bronzer. I’ll definitely need to go a shade darker for summer though.
The packaging is a sturdy glass bottle with a twist off cap. The cap has a plastic paddle that you can dip in and out of the bottle to get more foundation.
The consistency of this Photo Focus foundation is a bit on the thin side. However, that doesn’t affect the coverage that the foundation provides.
Surprisingly this foundation has really great medium coverage for the price. One light layer does the trick but it is buildable as well.
It offers a very natural looking demi-matte finish to the skin. It feels nice and light on the skin and not heavy or cakey.
It also wears really well on my oily skin. I can get a good full day’s wear with just a bit of shine on my nose that can be easily blotted or powdered away throughout the day.
The Wet N Wild Photo Focus Foundation gets two big thumbs up from me. I didn’t have high expectations but it’s been really blowing me away the more I use it.
It’s cheap, gives good coverage and is long wearing even on oily skin. You really need to give this one a try!

Hi Xara. Soft Ivory is more of a neutral shade. Not pink, nor yellow.
