The Wet n Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection To Reflect Shimmer Palette ($5.99) is available in three different shades. I bought the color Rose Champagne Glow because I figured it was the most versatile one.
First thing you’ll notice about these shimmer palettes is that they are big and a bit bulky. The whole thing takes up the entire inside of my hand. This will make storing them a bit of a pain so I wish they were a little more compact.
The second thing you’ll notice is how pretty they are. All three palettes have several different shades baked into one pretty swirled design. Rose Champagne Glow has colors of pinks and peach running throughout.
Rose Champagne Glow works very well as a facial highlighter. It looks a little bold in the packaging but it actually comes off as just a subtle shimmery glow. If you want more color, you can apply several layers for more of a peachy pink color.
The powder itself is very smooth and not powdery or chunky. It does have some very fine flecks of glitter in it though. From far away they aren’t noticeable but up close you can detect them on the skin a tiny bit.
All in all this is a nice facial highlighter for anyone on a tight budget. It looks great on the skin and is a nice, smooth consistency. For anyone with fair skin like me, you can also use this as a light blush that gives your cheeks a nice glow.
Will you be trying Wet n Wild’s Rose Champagne Glow shimmer palette from the Fergie collection?
