Here are two new limited edition Wet N Wild ColorIcon Eyeshadow Trios from the Fall 2013 Be a Runway Beauty collection. I picked up Camera Obscura and Silent Era Film.
Camera Obscura is a really unique trio containing a matte khaki, a shimmery peach and a dark navy with lighter blue sparkles. The khaki browbone shade is a bit powdery but not overly so. It’s nicely pigmented as is the blue eyelid shade. The peach crease shade is on the lighter side but is buildable.
Silent Era Film is also a unique combination of a shimmery pinkish lilac taupe, a matte darker coral pink and a shimmery bluish charcoal gray color. The browbone shade in this trio is fairly light, which is good for a highlight shade. Both the crease and eyelid shades are highly pigmented though.
I like both of these eyeshadow trios very much for the unique few shades in them. I’m not necessarily sure I’ll use them as they have them designated. Most likely I’ll use them singularly with other shades in my collection.
What do you think of these two limited edition trios?
