Too Faced Cat Eyes Eyeshadow and Liner Collection ($36) is a palette of nine different shadow colors in which three of those can also be used as eyeliners. The leopard printed tin packaging is adorable!
This is an eclectic variety of colors in matte and shimmer finishes. This is definitely not your everyday palette but a fun alternative for special events and weekends.
I’m always really impressed by the quality of Too Faced eyeshadows and these do not disappoint. They are all buttery smooth and super pigmented with the exception of one of them.
Kitty Glitter is the only true dud in the bunch. It looks like a beautiful wintry silver in the packaging but gives barely there pigmentation. It really takes a lot of effort to get any color payoff.
I’m highly impressed by the far left column of highlight shades. I expected them to be chalky and powdery but they are all winners.
As you can see marked in the palette, the far right hand column of shadows can be either used dry or wet. Using them wet gives you a much more concentrated amount of pigmentation that is just stunning.

My Final Thoughts:
I initially thought the wet shadow/liner concept was a bit gimmicky but after trying it, I’m pleasantly surprised. Using them wet just makes those three colors pop. I love how metallic and glittery Leopard and Jungle Love look when used wet.
I still don’t think this is something you’d reach for on a daily basis for your everyday eye look but it’s a fun addition to any makeup collection. I could definitely see throwing this in a getaway bag for a fun girl’s only weekend trip.
