Back in March 2012 we were introduced to the new Tarte Airblush Maracuja blush in the Miracle of Maracuja kit from QVC. In that kit, Tarte gave us the shade Shimmering Poppy. Along with that shade, there are now two more colors available, Shimmering Peach and Shimmering Pink. I recently got the shade Shimmering Peach in the second installment of the kit mentioned above.
Shimmering Peach is just as it sounds, a shimmering peach color of course! At first glance Shimmering Poppy and Shimmering Peach look a lot alike. But the Shimmering Peach is slightly lighter while Shimmering Poppy is a bit more reddish orange. You can really tell the difference once they are swatched.
Shimmering Peach is a light peachy pink color on the skin. It’s very pigmented and doesn’t take much to give your cheeks a nice flush of color. It doesn’t really have any specks of glitter in it but it really gives your cheeks a nice glow.
With a good face primer, I get about 8 hours of wear with minimal fading. This is a really pretty blush color, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice peach blush. Have you tried any of the Tarte Airblush Maracuja blushes?
All 3 shades available online at Tarte Cosmetics and Ulta.
