Stila Countless Color Pigments ($22) are a new collection of visually stunning eyeshadows. There are 10 different compacts available and each one has a different combination of colors in them. Each one is made up of three colors that can be used alone or swirled together for a single unique shade.
The first thing you’ll notice is the price. Quite a bit for such a small eyeshadow compact but at least you get three shades in one. They are too pretty to pass up and I knew I at least had to get one so I chose to try out Finale.
Stila Finale:
- light golden peach
- light orange
- reddish medium pink
I am so happy I picked this up! I’m in love! Finale is a really pretty coral pink color when swirled together. The colors are so pigmented and vibrant. You only need a little bit to get a great layer of color. They’re super smooth and they apply and blend out really nicely.
The only negative thing I can say about these is that when you blend all three colors together, you have to carefully dust away the top layer to reveal them again. I panicked thinking I had ruined it by swirling them together but I took a dry tissue and lightly dusted over it to bring it back to it’s original state. Phew!
I’ve discovered something else exciting about this. Finale also looks amazing as a blush when swirled together! These Stila Countless Color Pigments have a satin finish to them so when worn as a blush, it gives your cheeks a nice subtle glow.
I’m really happy that I tried these out. If you choose a color that can work as a blush too then the price tag is a little better to swallow. Would I run out and buy all of them? No, but if another sale comes along I may pick up one or two more. I think the unique design and color payoff makes these worth taking a closer look at.
Have you tried any of the Stila Countless Color Pigments yet?
