Over this past weekend I received my second New Beauty Test Tube from QVC. This was part of an auto delivery plan I got on when I ordered the first test tube in August. I am so glad that I chose to get the multiple shipments! This test tube was the bomb! So many great products this time around.
Here’s what I got:
Mally Evercolor waterproof eyeliner in the color Midnight
Laura Geller baked eyeshadow duo in Biscotti and Toast
Josie Maran 100% argan oil (0.17oz)
Philosophy shampoo, shower gel and bubble bath (2oz) in Snow Angel
Wen cleansing conditioner (6oz) in winter vanilla mint
Supersmile professional whitening toothpaste (1.75oz)
Perricone MD firming neck therapy (0.25oz)
Algenist regenerative anti-aging moisturizer (0.5oz)
New Beauty Magazine Fall/Winter issue
Geez, where to begin? I was so excited when I opened this up. I think I may have even squealed with delight! When I saw Wen, Laura Geller, Mally, Philosophy and Josie Maran I knew it was a winner.
The Mally eyeliners are really nice. I have a few other colors already and they wear really good. Once you let them set, they’re pretty budge proof. This one is in a nice black. The Laura Geller eyeshadows are nice also. This duo is a nice matte light tan and a deep matte cocoa color. These two items alone retail for a total of $38.00!
I’m excited to try out the Josie Maran argan oil. I currently use the Tarte maracuja oil as part of my bedtime skincare routine. I’m guessing that they are pretty similar so I’m curious to try it. As for the Wen and Philosophy, they are both in winter scents. The Snow Angel 3 in 1 bath gel is a clean and refreshing scent. I love the color, it’s a beautiful pearlescent baby blue shade.
The Wen conditioner is in their brand new, exclusive vanilla mint fragrance that has not even been released yet! I was so excited to smell this, his fall ginger pumpkin is to die for. It’s a vibrant peppermint and creamy vanilla scent perfect for winter. As for the last three products, I’ve never tried them or the brands before but I’m looking forward to doing so.
All in all, this was a killer test tube this time. I only paid around $30 plus shipping but I estimate everything to be worth over $90! I don’t think that this test tube is available to purchase at this time but I recommend getting on board the next time they feature it on QVC. It really is a great deal for full size and/or deluxe sample sized beauty products.
Now, if only I didn’t have to wait until January for my next one. 🙁
*Update: This test tube is supposed to be available for purchase on QVC October 28, 2011.*

Yes, you have to purchase this version from QVC. New Beauty does have their own version that you can order from their own website also.
