Last weekend my dog was having some diarrhea problems. I knew to start him on a bland diet and did so immediately.
Since it was over the weekend, I was looking online to see if I could give him any over the counter medicine also. That was when I came across this handy chart.
Keep in mind that I’m not a veterinarian so administer medications to your pets at your own risk. I just thought that my readers might find this helpful in a pinch.
I’ve printed out a copy and hung it on my fridge for quick reference. Feel free to print it out and have your vet look it over and approve it for your own pet’s usage.

I would always advice to consult a vet before administering a medicine.. These days remote consultation has become very popular, so use that to the fullest.
