The new Milani Color Harmony Blush Palettes ($13) come in 4 different color choices. Each palette includes four coordinating colors in one compact.
I ordered the colors Berry Rays and Coral Beams. Berry Rays is a lot lighter than I had expected from the name. It includes a lot more pinks than berry colors, in my opinion.
These Color Harmony palettes are the exact same size and packaging as the Milani Strobelight Instant Glow Powders (0.30 oz). They also have a similar sculpted design in the top of the powders.
If I was Milani, I don’t know if I would necessarily call these “palettes”. Each section of color is pretty small, especially the very bottom color in the palette.
This makes it very difficult to get a blush brush into only one color at a time, to use it as a 4 color palette. You’d have to use a pretty small, precise brush to actually use each color individually.
But the good news is that the 4 colors, in each palette, look beautiful when mixed together into one single blush color.
Berry Rays combines to give you a pretty coral pink color and Coral Beams becomes a pretty golden peach color. Each one has a nice satin finish that gives your cheeks a nice subtle glow.
I’m very happy to see that none of these blush colors have any glitter in them. The formula is a nice, buttery texture that blends beautifully.
Some of the lighter colors in each palette were on the lighter side of pigmentation. The darker the color, the more color payoff they had.
Even though I was initially disappointed that these were too small to use individually, I’m still enjoying them as single colors. They are the same great quality as I’ve come to expect from Milani blush.
