Spring 2013 is bringing out all kinds of fun colored beauty products! Maybelline released 3 limited edition blush shades in their Color Goes Electric collection. I picked up the two brightest shades, Coral Burst and Wild Blossom ($6.69).
Coral Burst is a bright, bright orange color! This one is super pigmented so a little goes a very long way, especially on my fair skin. It has very, very fine specks of golden glitter in it which gives the blush a slight satin look on the cheeks. Don’t worry though, the glitter does not show up on the skin.
Wild Blossom is a light lavender purple color. This shade is more glittery than the Coral Burst blush. It has slightly larger silvery specks of glitter in it that do show up a bit on the cheeks. It’s not terribly bad, especially if you use a light hand.
I love these pretty blush colors for Spring! Both shades are nicely pigmented while the texture is smooth and blends into the skin nicely. What do you think of these limited edition Maybelline blush colors? Would you wear them?
