My October 2015 Ipsy bag of cosmetic samples was awesome! I was so glad to see several beauty products from brands I already know and love. The bag was really cute as well with one side black and shiny like patent leather and the other side a bold, shiny gold color.

I’m not particularly a huge fan of liquid lipsticks. They always seem to really dry out my lips and accentuate the lines. But after hearing so many good things about The Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes collection of liquid lipsticks, I decided to try one anyway.

NYX has recently released a new collection of eyeshadows that have a metallic finish. The Prismatic Shadows ($6) come in a range of a dozen different colors. I picked up two the other day at Ulta to try, Girl Talk and Punk Heart.
