L’Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black ($7.78) is a lengthening mascara. It has the most unusual skinny plastic brush with very short bristles.
This mascara is all the rage lately in the blogger/vlogger community. It’s not new but one I’ve not tried before. Having heard several rave reviews about it, I finally picked it up.
When I first saw the brush I thought something was wrong with mine, lol. No one ever mentioned how thin it was so I wasn’t expecting that.
To be honest, I didn’t have high hopes after seeing the brush. But luckily I was wrong. Even though the bristles are short, they still transfer the mascara to the lashes nicely and separate them out.
Telescopic gives my lashes really great length. The packaging claims up to 60% added length and for once, that’s about accurate. You don’t get much volume with this one though.
Carbon Black is nice and jet black in color. It doesn’t flake or transfer at all with my oily skin either. I’m even able to wear it on my bottom lashes with no smudging or transfer all day long.

My Final Thoughts:
I’m pretty impressed by this mascara. It does what it claims and I’m loving the effect. I have to give L’Oreal Telescopic two big thumbs up!
