Today, September 24th, Laura Geller’s latest beauty collection is being featured as the QVC Today’s Special Value. The Laura Geller Fresh Brewed Beauty ($49.98) collection consists of 6 full size pieces in total.
Here’s what you get:

- Baked ImPRESSions Eye Palette in Espresso Yourself (new)
- French Vanilla Baked Highlighter
- Color Drenched Lip Gloss in the shade Cafe Au Lait (new)
- Double Ended Face and Eye Highlighter Applicator
Isn’t the packaging adorable! I love that it comes packaged just like a bag of coffee, so clever!
I’m already a huge fan of the Balance-n-Brighten foundations. I wear it all the time when I don’t feel like fussing with liquid foundation. It goes on so easily with just a fluffy powder brush. Since winter is coming, I chose the color Porcelain for my fair skin. Even though I’m not overly pale, Porcelain matches my skin much better than Fair. I prefer to have it a bit lighter and add bronzer to add a bit more color.
Both the blush and the eyeshadow palette are pressed with a coffee bean design on them, so cute! I love the blush color, it’s a nice muted pinky mauve that’s perfect for fall. The eyeshadow palette contains 3 matte neutral eyeshadow colors. You get a light tan, light brown and a dark brown color. These two products are supposed to be “infused with antioxidant-rich arabica extract and caffeine to rejuvenate your skin and impart maximum, full-bodied color“. I don’t really notice anything different about them though.
I’ve been dying to try this French Vanilla highlighter though. It’s one of her most popular products on QVC so I’m excited to have it now. With the included double ended sponge applicator, you can apply it to your cheekbones and browbones for a nice subtle glow that blends into your skin nicely.
Lastly we have the Cafe Au Lait lip gloss. The color is really beautiful for fall also, it’s a nice pinky nude shade. I love this cream shade because it has no shimmer or sparkles in it. It feels smooth and soft on the lips with no stickiness. It gives my lips nice shine plus it’s scented like coffee!
I think the Fresh Brewed Beauty kit is well worth the money. The colors are beautiful and very wearable for everyday use. It’s quite a deal to get these full sized makeup pieces for under $50 but better than that, Easy Pay is also available! You can make two monthly payments of $24.99 instead! But hurry, this pricing is only available Monday, September 24th. After that, the price will go up slightly and Easy Pay will disappear.
Available online at QVC.

I always love your lip swatches–you have the prettiest lips! (I mean that in a non-creepy way, of course :P). And I LOVE that blush–the color is gorgeous and, of course, the embossing makes it all the better 🙂 I’m also really curious about that French Vanilla highlighter now. I hadn’t heard of it before but I can’t wait for your review!

Thanks Becca! As a fan of many beauty blogs, I also look at other people’s features longingly in a non-creepy way. Believe me, my lips aren’t perfect. It’s just the angles I take my pics at that make them look as good as they can. 😉
