Laura Geller Cake Pops Collection: Sweet Shades For Cheeks, Eyes and Lips

Laura Geller has some new and exciting makeup kits now available through QVC.  The Cake Pops Collection is a set of 5 products for less that $40 plus shipping.  The color theme for this collection is pink which is right up my alley.

Here’s what you get:

I could not have been happier when I got this in the mail!  The colors are so bright and fun.  The Poppin’ Pink lip gloss is especially pretty.  It’s a nicely pigmented medium pink color.  The formula is smooth and creamy and does not get sticky at all.

I’m obsessed with this Pink Velvet Pop blush!  One half is a very, very pale pink champagne color while the other half is a bright medium pink.  You can either wear these as separate shades or blend them into one.  The lighter shade also works as a nice highlight.

The blush has a satin sheen to it that is really pretty on the cheeks.  It gives you a nice glow without being overly sparkly.  So stinking pretty!

Pink Chocolate Pop is a baked eyeshadow blend of two colors.  You have a dark chocolate brown color swirled with a light pink.  Both shades apply smoothly and are not chalky in texture.  They each are nicely pigmented and can work as separate colors or swirled together.  The dark brown wears well as an eyeliner too.

The two brushes you receive in this kit are mini sized but are still easy to work with.  The bristles are nice and soft too.

I’m so in love with this Laura Geller Cake Pops Collection.  Baked products always suck me in with the pretty swirls of color in the packaging and these did not disappoint when worn either.  What do you think of this pretty cheek, eye and lip set?
