Today we’re taking a peek into my May 2015 Ipsy bag. Let me just warn you…it was pretty awesome!
I’ll start with the freaking adorable bag that everything came inside. I thought April’s Ipsy bag was cute but this one takes the cake!
It’s a creamy off-white linen fabric with a super cute design on the front. It has bright pink lining and I am pretty much in love with it!
Let’s see what else came in May’s Ipsy bag:
Luxie #205 Tapered Blending Brush ($12) – Love this pink and rose gold brush! It’s so soft and it’s the perfect blend of stiff and flexible.
Amie Naturally Kind Morning Dew Matte-Finish Moisturizer ($0.79) – I have oily skin so I’m excited to try this out. It’s supposed to moisturize the skin but control oil and shine with a matte finish.
BellaPierre Ebony Gel Eyeliner Pencil ($14.99) – A jet black full size pencil eyeliner. It’s soft and creamy with very good pigmentation.
Briogeo Rosarco Milk Leave-in Conditioning Spray ($3.92) – A leave-in conditioning hair spray made with rosehip, argan, and coconut oils. I have naturally curly, coarse hair so I can always use some extra softness!
Urban Decay 24/7 Mini Lip Pencil in Ozone plus Failbait and Bittersweet Revolution Lipgloss Samples ($15) – This is a clear lip liner pencil that is supposed to keep lip products from feathering outside of your lips. Not something I’ll use often but it’s cool to get to try it.
The lip glosses are pretty amazing. They are silky smooth with barely any stickiness. And they are super duper pigmented so you really don’t need much.
I love the pink Failbait color alone on my lips. Such pretty color payoff. Bittersweet is not really my kind of color. The coverage is pretty patchy so you would definitely need to start with a liner or lipstick for a more even finish.
Pretty great month right? The total retail value of my samples came to $46.70, not including the value of the Urban Decay lip glosses.
