It’s Super Bowl weekend! I think it’s everyone’s favorite day to indulge in finger foods. In honor of Super Bowl dips and snacks, I’m sharing this recipe for Queso Dip.
Chili’s restaurant has a killer cheese dip on their menu called Skillet Queso. Hubs and I devour it every time we go there. I’ve always wanted to try making this at home and came across a knockoff recipe online.
It’s not exactly like the Chili’s version but it’s still quite tasty. This queso dip is nice and cheesy. It’s not spicy at all so it’s good for those who hate anything hot.
Oh and did I mention it’s only two ingredients? It doesn’t get much easier than that! It’s perfect for a quick snack or last minute get togethers.
Ingredients:
- Large Kraft Velveeta Cheese (2lb)
- 2 cans Hormel No-Bean Chili
Directions:
- Heat together in a medium pan on the stove until cheese is melted and combined with chili. You can also use a small crockpot if you prefer. Enjoy with your favorite chips.
