This is by far the best cheese potato casserole I’ve ever made! They turned out so creamy, rich and cheesy. The addition of ham and French’s Caramelized Crispy Fried Onions just made it that much better.
I wasn’t sure how the onions would taste on top but they turned out fabulous. Their crispy sweetness just added a nice level of flavor to the cheesy potatoes.
If you’re looking for a super simple all-in-one casserole dinner idea, this is a definite must try. No one will ever be sad to see this show up on the dinner table!
