The other day I picked up another shade of the new Revlon Super Lustrous Shine lipsticks. I’ve been really enjoying the first one I bought, Lovers Coral, so I decided to try another color. This time I went with Berry Couture which looks really purple in the tube.
This “shine” line of lipsticks are very sheer so don’t expect the same bold color on your lips as you see in the tube. I don’t really like bold colors on me so I really enjoy this formula. They still give my lips a pretty nice amount of color with a nice glossy finish.
Berry Couture turns out to be a nice medium pink shade with hints of purple. This one is very nicely pigmented and can be worn light or built up for more color like in my swatch below.
These lipsticks are also very light feeling on my lips, almost like a tinted lip balm. They’re soft and creamy and keep my lips nicely moisturized. Wear time is very minimal though so you will have to reapply it often but that doesn’t bother me.
