Recently I picked up this Nail-Aid 3 Minute Artificials at Walmart cause let’s face it, we all want strong beautiful looking manicures. Im a sucker for these things because I’m always hoping I’ll find that one product that does the impossible.
As you can see on the box, this base and top coat claims to give you harder, gel like nails. To apply, I follow the instructions on the box and use one coat as a base and one coat on top with two coats of color between.
It gives my manicure a nice glossy finish that surprisingly does last me about 5 to 7 days. I still get very minor tip wear but no peeling or chipping for the whole week.
As for gel like nails? I’ve never had a gel manicure so I can’t really compare the two. I do know that this seems to make my nails a bit more firm without adding a bulky layer to them. It goes on nice and smoothly in thin layers without being goopy and thick.
Overall I’m happy to have purchased the Nail-Aid 3 Minute Artificials. I like the amount of shine that it gives my nails and it drys fairly quickly. Plus the price point is really decent too, I think I paid under $7 for it.
