I am totally in love with this new Vaseline Spray and Go Moisturizer ($7.99)! I found a display for this at Walgreens and knew I had to give it a try. I’m totally obsessed with lotions and was excited to try something easy and convenient that you could just spray on.
There are 3 different versions available:
- Total Moisture – infused with pure oat extract
- Aloe Fresh – infused with pure aloe
- Cocoa Radiant – infused with pure cocoa butter
I decided to go with Cocoa Radiant just because I like the scent of cocoa butter more than the others. And it does in fact smell wonderful. I was initially skeptical that they could get a lotion to spray out without being goopy or uneven. Surprisingly it does come out quite nicely. It sprays out in a nice super fine mist that covers a pretty large surface area.
The convenient spray makes it so easy to quickly cover your entire body. I love that I can actually get my back too, especially now that’s it’s winter and every part of my body is craving moisture. The directions say to spray it on and rub it into the skin. I don’t find that always necessary, it’s keeping my super dry winter legs nice and moisturized without rubbing it in.
What I do is get out of the shower and spray my entire body. I then sit and do my makeup and hair before getting dressed and let the lotion soak into my skin. By the time I put clothes on, the moisturizer has fully soaked in. So no real need to get your hands all greasy, just spray and go like the bottle says!
The label also claims it to be non-greasy which I find is true. It dries completely without leaving any sort of residue on the skin and just leaves behind the pleasant light scent of cocoa butter. I was also worried that the spray nozzle would get clogged but after 3 weeks of using it, I have not had any trouble with it.
I highly recommend trying this Vaseline Spray and Go Moisturizer out. My legs are usually so dry, cracked and itchy this time of year and this moisturizer has been keeping that at bay. The only warning I’ll give is that it’s not really best to spray this when standing on hardwood or slick tile surfaces. The overspray that remains gets quite slippery! Something I learned the hard way :O

My back gets so dry and itchy (especially during this time of the year), and this sounds perfect! My poor hubby always gets woken up in the morning to put lotion on my back. I think he’d like this product as much as me. 😉
