My husband is not really a great fan of pasta but since he married an Italian, he knows he’s gotta grin and bear it. So to tempt him into my world of pasta loving, I usually bribe him with homemade meatballs. Works every time!
This homemade meatball recipe is so simple to make and it only takes a few minutes to assemble. I get about 12 large meatballs out of one recipe so I usually split it and freeze half for another meal.

I usually buy meatballs from a gourmet store and never thought about making my own. I don’t know why since I make my own meatloaf and hamburgers. It’s time for me to make some meatballs from the left over meat.

This was the first time I had made meatballs, I used a different type of bread crumbs and added some onion powder and a little bit of parsley. It turned out really good and the meatballs seemed to melt in your mouth. Definitely a recipe I will use again. 🙂

This was my first time ever making meatballs, they came out very good, moist. The only thing is I will probably add more seasoning next time, but it will be the same basic recipe. Thank you! 🙂
P.S. Who doesn’t like pasta?!

Love them! Easy and they taste great. I added a little Worcestershire and used regular bread crums.
