It’s time for a celebration! That’s the theme for this month’s Ipsy bag which was amazing! All of the products were full sized items which was really nice to see.
Everything came packaged in a glossy black bag with a diamond embossed pattern. It’s a very sleek looking bag which feels nice and sturdy. Not flimsy and thin like some of the other month’s bags.
Here’s what I got in December’s Ipsy bag:
Andrea Strip Lashes #33 ($3.99) – These are a really full set of false lashes! Not a big lash wearer but I’ll play with these over the holidays.
Nicka K New York Nail Polish in Classic Taupe ($4.99) – A pretty smokey purple/gray cream color. I love classic neutral nail polish colors so I can’t wait to try this. Love the packaging too!
Be a Bombshell The One Stick in Girl Crush ($16) – A similar product to the Nars The Multiple. It can be used on your eyelids, cheeks and lips. This one is a pretty pale pink shade with gold shimmer. It’s really soft and creamy and applies easily.
POP Beauty Eyeshadow Trio in Naturally Bare ($7.20) – Love this! I’ve had luck with Pop Beauty eyeshadows before and these are no different. They are really pigmented and go on soft and smoothly.
NYX Extra Creamy Round Lipstick in B52 ($4.00) – Saved the best for last! B52 is a really pretty pink mauve cream lipstick shade. It is so pigmented! It has a nice glossy finish with opaque coverage in one layer.
Overall I couldn’t be any happier with my last Ipsy bag of the year. I think they ended 2013 on a very high note. The retail value of my bag was $36.18 for my $10 investment, not bad. I’m really looking forward to seeing what Ipsy has in store for us in 2014!
