This is one of my all time favorite recipes…ever!! My mom has been making this recipe for years and I LOVE it. There’s just something about the combination of the creamy, cheesy broccoli topped with delicious Stove Top stuffing. Yum!
I didn’t realize that I even had this recipe in my possession. So when I found it in my recipe box, I got so excited to try making it myself. She must have given me the recipe years ago and I shoved it in my recipe box and forgot I had it. Stupid me, I won’t make that mistake ever again!
Broccoli Stove Top Stuffing Casserole
20oz frozen broccoli (cooked)
1 medium onion diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
8oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 box Stove Top stuffing (prepared)
1/4 cup butter
1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients. Pour into a greased 13×9 baking dish.
2. Evenly top the broccoli mixture with the prepared stuffing.
3. Slice butter thinly and place evenly on top of stuffing. Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are bubbling.
