I’m still in the process of recovering from my pinched nerve but I was anxious to share these delicious potatoes with you. Another summer day, another awesome grilling recipe! Once again it’s way too hot here to cook inside so I took to the grill for these yummy potatoes. The honey adds a nice sweetness to these potato slices while the spices add some heat in the background. I’ll be making these potatoes again, they were the perfect side dish to our grilled chicken and fresh corn on the cob. Yum!
