My husband likes to buy natural peanut butter but I can’ get passed the oily separation. For anyone who’s never bought natural PB, the oils separate and rise to the top of the peanut butter. While looking for a new cookie recipe, I ended up on the Paula Deen website where she has an index full of her recipes. I came across this recipe called Monster Cookies. It calls for a full jar of peanut butter! These are definitely not diet friendly cookies! What the heck, it’s a holiday week anyway. The recipe is really easy to use and the cookies are really yummy.
