Julep

The other day I posted the contents of my April 2013 Julep Maven box and this was one of the nail polish shades I received.  Isn’t it awesome! I love the bright sunshine lemon yellow color.  I’ve gotten so many compliments on this one in just a couple days of wearing it.

Julep Abbie is a cream shade with no shimmer or sparkle.  The formula on this one was a bit thick and goopy but I just took my time applying it.  I applied two thicks coats and it evened out nicely.

The April 2013 Julep Maven box featured their brights collection for Spring.  This month I went with the It Girl style profile which consisted of three full sized nail polishes in vibrant colors.  I’ve worn two of these so far and they attention getters for sure!

Earlier this week I received my April Julep Maven box and couldn’t wait to use on of the three nail polish shades I received.  I’ll post my complete April 2013 Julep Maven box in the next few days once I get the chance to take and edit the photos.

Julep Mackenzie is a bright lime green shade with a hint of shimmer.  I’m in love with this color!  I was leery about it at first but it looks amazing on!
