It’s time for another giveaway and this one’s a doozy! I had every intention of running this giveaway before the holidays but time just got away from me. So we’ll just pretend this is to celebrate the new year in style instead.

The other day I picked up yet another Elf powder blush in the color Pink Passion ($3). Pink Passion is a bubblegum pink color in the pan. On the cheeks, it gives a nice flush of bright pink color. This blush is a matte shade, no shimmer or glitter.
I’m a really big fan of these Elf powder blushes, I’ve got about 6 of them so far. They all have really nice pigmentation and blend really well. I enjoy the sleek packaging that is very similar to the Nars blushes. The flip top lid contains a nice size mirror too. For a couple bucks, they are definitely worth owning a few.

Sometimes I can’t resist Elf cosmetics simply because they are so darn affordable. I love their blush for only $3 and these glosses for only $1! Elf Hypershine lipgloss in Flirt is a soft light pink color without shimmer or sparkles.
If you’re a fan of the Stila lip glazes, then you’ll like these too. They have really decent pigmentation and feel silky smooth. Yes they are a bit sticky just like the Stila glazes but I don’t mind that.
These Elf Hypershine lipglosses also come in a pen type applicator with a brush tip. Simply twist the bottom of the pen to release more lipgloss into the brush end. I think they are so handy to just brush on and go.
Stila lip glazes are a little bigger (0.08oz) than these Elf lipglosses (0.05oz) but way more expensive too. The Elf ones cost a buck while the Stila ones retail for $22! So if you’re looking for an alternative to the Stila, try these Elf Hypershine lip glosses.
