I recently made the most delicious Red Raspberry Muffin Bread ever! The original recipe called for blueberries but I have a serious thing for red raspberries.
Well it seems that the warm weather here in Western PA was just teasing us over the past few weeks. I was all set for Spring, buying sandals, painting my nails cheery bright colors again. But sadly the snow and freezing cold weather returned, making this warm Chicken Barley Soup a necessity.
This Crockpot Spicy Chicken and Rice is so super simple to make and so gosh darn tasty! It’s a great filling meal of tender shredded chicken and hearty brown rice in a flavorful (and a little spicy) sauce. Finished off with yummy sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheeses.
It’s hard to believe that it’s almost 60 degrees here in Western PA as I write this. Just this past weekend, when I made this Crockpot Vegetable Soup, it was barely hitting a high of 20 degrees each day. So crazy!
Smoked sausage, pasta and a creamy, cheesy sauce? Yes, please! This was actually my first venture into anything Alfredo and I’ve gotta say I’m pretty pleased with the result!
