Chicken and broccoli stir-fry doesn’t get any easier than this recipe. I had some fresh snow peas in the fridge too so I added them this time but that’s optional of course.

This fried rice recipe is a really great way to use up either some left over rice or any extra meat or poultry you may have lurking in the fridge. I made mine with chicken but you could easily substitute any protein source of your liking.
This recipe is really easy to make and only take a few minutes to whip up. It tastes delicious while not being too salty or rich. I made mine with white rice but brown rice works well too. Enjoy!

One of my favorite dip recipes my mom has been making for years is this easy Taco Dip. I’ve been meaning to get this recipe from her for years and now I finally have it. This dip is basically three layers of ingredients baked until the cheese is gooey and bubbly.
It’s not much to look at when it’s scooped out into bowls but trust me, it is delicious! You can top this taco dip with anything you please. I just used sliced black olives this time but you can opt for tomatoes, green onions, etc.

If you’ve ever been to Red Lobster, you know how mouth watering delicious their cheddar garlic biscuits are. This biscuit recipe is for an almost perfect copy of the original. They are light and fluffy with plenty of cheese running throughout. The tops are smothered with delicious buttery garlic and oregano. Yum!
These cheddar garlic biscuits were a huge hit for Easter dinner this year. They are best when served warm but I also ate a few the next day cold and they were just as tasty. I will definitely make this recipe over and over again!
