Maybelline has recently released a collection of Creamy Matte Color Sensational Lipsticks ($5.49). There are a total of 10 different colors in the collection. I picked up Touch of Spice and Lust For Blush.
I am pleasantly surprised at how creamy smooth these are for matte lipsticks. Some mattes really drag and skip across the lips but these don’t do that.
These are so pigmented as well and have great color payoff. Both colors give my lips opaque coverage.
These creamy mattes don’t make my lips feel dry and tight either. My lips stay feeling soft and moisturized the whole time. Since these are so soft and creamy they wear off fairly easily with eating and drinking though.
I highly recommend these lipsticks to anyone who likes a matte finish. They have amazing color payoff and look beautiful on the lips.

I got the touch of spice and daringly nude. I really like the lust for blush though!! I may have to pick that one up. I love the formula on these. I can comfortably wear these all day. The touch of spice is nice because it can be sheerer if you dab it on or put it on over chap stick, or more pigmented if built up a little.
That’s so true Erin! They are unlike any other matte lipstick I’ve tried. So soft and creamy and not drying at all. I keep thinking I “need” Daringly Nude but keep forcing myself to be good.
