According to my husband, the answer is yes. TV size that is! Get your mind out of the gutter! Why does the size of TVs matter so much to men? I don’t get it.
I’d be more than content with a 30″ average priced TV. But my husband – bigger is better. Much, much bigger. And expensive as all get out.
Oh, and did I mention that we have to have surround sound too? Umm, why? I’d rather not rattle my teeth out of my head while we watch a movie. Sigh…
Am I the only woman who feels this way? Or is this one of those men vs women things?

My husband and I had the exact same conversation this weekend. I thought that the under 40 inch versions were *more* than large enough. Apparently, I don’t know what I’m talking about because we need at least a 48 inch so that the tv will be viewable from 14 feet out… don’t even get me started on the surround sound.
@Krysten, That’s too funny! We ended up getting one that I think is way too big for the room. But I do have to admit that movies look really good on it. I’m just glad to hear that I’m not alone. Good luck!
