I have to say, though, the sausage zucchini bake, especially when you use ground turkey and sausage seasoning (described at the post), is pretty healthy and low-carb. When you compare it to something like lasagna with all that pasta, it's a particularly good choice. We LOVE it at our house! Enjoy! I appreciate being included in this (yummalicious) list.
