I love me some Girl Scout cookies and a neighbor of ours usually sells them every year. Well, this year she never came around to get our order so I was very sad that I didn’t get my yearly fix of yummy Samoas and Thin Mints.
While doing my daily round on Twitter today, a mutual follower tweeted a link to a recipe of hers. My mouth dropped open when I clicked the link and saw it was for homemade Samoas! OMG, they look amazing!
I didn’t think making them on my own was even a possibility. I’m sure they don’t taste as heavenly as the original Girl Scout cookie but during a Samoa craving, they probably would satisfy. Adding this one to my ever growing list of recipes to try.
