Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Bar Recipe

Brownies and chocolate chip cookies are a staple in pretty much everyone’s life.  I don’t know many people who don’t like one or the other.  My household loves both equally as much.  So you can imagine how excited I was to find a recipe for a combination of both classics.
