I am a huge fan of gingerbread cookies but it’s hard to find a recipe that results in the soft kind that I prefer.
I’m not a fan of hard, crunchy gingerbread cookies. I like mine soft and a bit chewy. My search for the perfect recipe came up with this Soft Gingerbread Cookie recipe.
Even though they aren’t shaped like the traditional gingerbread man shape, they look super yummy.
I won’t complain either because I hate having to roll out dough. I’m no good at it for some reason.
