smores-cookie-bar-recipeJust because Christmas is over doesn’t mean you have to stop making sweet treats.  Believe me, this S’more Cookie Bar recipe will convince you to put off starting that New Year’s diet for a few more days.  By just looking at this picture, it makes me long for a summer camping trip that is a long ways away yet.

This would be a great recipe to make on a cold, snowy day when the kids have cabin fever.  Whip these cookie bars up, get out the sleeping bags, and stage a little indoor camping trip in front of the fireplace.

If he did, whip up a batch of warm Spice Cookies.  I love nothing more than a soft, warm cookie with lots of spices.
