I had THE BEST DISH EVER - it was a stuffed pork chop (cheese stuffed along with a creamy mushroom /wine gravy. Anyone know this recipe ?? I tried calling there back in 2003 and the chef "couldnt give out the recipe to me. Anyone know this dish ?? PLEASE Email me at firetecsharon@aol.com - I'd fly from PHX back there just to have that wonderful meal with mashed paotatos!!!Thanks SO much for your help ! !
