I carry a ton of different fragrances for my candle and tart making business. With so many great scent oils out there, I have a hard time limiting my scent list. I have tested lots & lots of oils from many different suppliers. Over the years, I have narrowed it down to only a few suppliers. These few suppliers carry highly fragrant oils with reasonable prices. I have had nothing but good luck with them. I use soy and paraffin blended waxes and they work perfectly with them.
I have made up a list of 60 of my best selling, most requested scents that I currently carry. I separated them by the supplier I order them from so you can find them easily. There are some really unique fragrances on this list that you will never find in any retail candle. That’s why I love making candles, I get to make them in some really exciting scents!
This is a new and interesting crafting idea. Brown paper lunch bags are bound together and made into small 6×6 scrapbook albums. You can find already assembled blank albums to purchase. The blank albums are ready to be adorned with beautiful scrapbooking papers, ribbons, stamping and cardstock. Ashgate Designs has some really cute decorated albums ready for you to simply add your pictures to. These albums would be great to carry in your purse or tote bags.
I don’t know why I have such a fascination with smelly stuff. I absolutely love buying and using pretty handmade soaps that not only look nice but smell great. A Wild Soap Bar has some really unique scents in their soap collections. These natural soaps have wild and organic herbs added. After watching their video, posted below, I think I may have to try the Wildflower and Sunflower soaps.
With so many new websites popping up online daily, it’s hard to keep your favorites organized. My Internet Explorer favorites list was getting out of control. I work online from home and someone recently asked me how I keep all of my responsibilities organized and manageable. I couldn’t really explain it because I keep almost everything in my head. God forbid I ever lose my memory!
Well, that was before I came across Netvibes on one of my favorite blogs I read daily. This free tool is a life saver! You are able to list all of your favorite sites on one page for really simple navigation. You can even organize things under different tabs for seperate categories. I seperated my favorites into 4 tabs; personal stuff, work stuff, social media and bill paying.
I have been using this tool now for over a week and it has been so helpful. Being able to see each site’s screen shots on the same page takes away any confusion. If you need more organization, give it a try. You can’t beat the free price tag either!
