bio-bagWe are all looking for eco-friendly products for home & personal uses.  These products have not necessarily made it into our local grocery and retail stores yet.  However, you can find a lot of great products for purchase online.

I came across an interesting collection of 100% biodegradable & compostable bags.  BioBags are made from the first bio-polymer ever invented.  The bio-polymer uses renewable resources and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.  Surprisingly, the bags are made from mostly cornstarch and other renewable raw materials.  No polyethylene is used in the production.

BioBags has a whole variety of available products ranging from lawn & leaf bags, kitchen & waste bags, cat litter box liners, and dog waste bags.  Ordering on the BioBags site is only for distributors and retailers to buy in bulk.  However, I found the BioBags line of products on BuyGreen.com for individual box purchase.  The products are all pretty reasonably priced too.

I carry a ton of different fragrances for my candle and tart making business.  With so many great scent oils out there, I have a hard time limiting my scent list.  I have tested lots & lots of oils from many different suppliers.  Over the years, I have narrowed it down to only a few suppliers.  These few suppliers carry highly fragrant oils with reasonable prices.  I have had nothing but good luck with them.  I use soy and paraffin blended waxes and they work perfectly with them.

I have made up a list of 60 of my best selling, most requested scents that I currently carry.  I separated them by the supplier I order them from so you can find them easily.  There are some really unique fragrances on this list that you will never find in any retail candle.  That’s why I love making candles, I get to make them in some really exciting scents!
