I love to bake whenever I have free time. My husband only likes chocolate baked goods so I don’t often make anything without chocolate. If I did, I’d have to eat it all myself! I enjoy looking for other cake recipes so I can save them to make for other family holiday dinners or picnics.
This Italian Cream Cake recipe is one I will keep saved for the holidays. It sounds so yummy and super simple. Anything that takes only 15 minutes to bake is a winner to me. Italian Cream Cakes are not a common item to find in a bakery, so this would be a real treat. It even calls for Rum!
